What happens if my order is delayed?We strive to ensure all orders are delivered on time. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unexpected events may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you in advance. How long can I keep BBQ Satays before consumption?In accordance with guidelines from the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore, we advise consuming the satays within 3 hours of receiving your order. Tips: Proper Storage (If Necessary), If you cannot consume the satays within 3 hours, proper refrigeration can help extend their usability, but quality may be affected. Always reheat thoroughly before consumption.

Will I get a refund if I change or cancel my order?If you change your order to a smaller amount, we will refund the difference in cash. If you cancel the order, we charge a 5% cancellation fee. We will refund back your money minus the cancellation fee to your debit/credit card. Do note that it could take up to 14 working days for the refund process.
